Things to do early in the morning
You're finally determined to change and now you're going to get your life together. The first step is to wake up early. Here are some things that you can do in the morning:
1. Make your bed
Clear the bed, put the fitted sheets and fluff the pillows.
2. Clean your study space
Keep your books back on the shelf and pens in the pen stand. Get rid of the paper scraps or any wanted thing laying on the table.
3. Make coffee
Start your day with a quick cup of coffee. It helps you to stay focused and productive.
4. Make breakfast
Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day; it is supposed to be light and healthy. Cooked oatmeal topped with almonds or dried cranberries, smoothie of fruits, plain yoghurt and a spoonful of wheat germs are some good healthy dishes to have in your breakfast.
5. Read a newspaper
Reading in the morning for at least 30 mins enhances your linguistic skills. Read a newspaper to keep yourself updated about the worldly happenings.
6. Make a to-do list
Write down everything you have to do today. Use Google Calendar to make a proper timetable; don't forget to take breaks.
7. Go for a walk
Walking through the quiet city lights while listening to Sara Bareilles' songs will clear your mind and set you up for the day. Take your pet with you if you have one.
8. Workout
Working out or doing yoga in the morning keeps you enthusiastic and flexible throughout the day.
Waking up early is productive itself. Working hard towards your goals while the world is still sleeping; shows how badly you want to achieve them.
