New year resolutions

It's 2022!! And with every upcoming year the question "what are your new year resolutions?!!" is unavoidable. Some people see this year as an opportunity to pass their milestone for example hitting 1 million on tiktok or winning the national coding competition. But resolutions aren't just about it. If your 2022 didn't start with enough motivation or if you don't have any particular goals to achieve here are some resolutions to change your lazy and demotivated lifestyle.





1. Wake up early

Early doesn't mean you have to wake up at 5 or 4; 30 mins earlier than your usual waking up time is good enough. You can go for a walk , drink coffee , appreciate how beautifully the birds sing or simply photosynthesize. 




2. Hit the gym

This year is your glowup year. Make a healthy diet plan with the right set of workouts. If you don't prefer going to gyms you can checkout some cool at-home-workout videos on YouTube.




3. Socialize 

If you feel like you've lost many opportunities just because you were too introverted or anxious; this year is your golden chance to change it all. Start with meeting up with your friends and family; ask them about their day, share a cool story, debate over a political controversy,etc. 


4. Read every day

Read atleast 30 mins everyday to polish your thinking and speaking skills. Read a blog or a newspaper to keep yourself updated about the happenings around the world.


5. Make a journal

You can either write your journal in the morning reminding yourself what all things you have to do or at night writing down about your day and your feelings. Writing down your goals actually help you achieve them.


6. Skin care

I'm not a dietician but Ive been following a timetable that helped me loose a lot of weight. I eat leafy vegetables , fruits and pickels throughout a month and only 2 twice I let myself go for KFC or Mac Donalds. This technique helped me stay healthy and taught me how to fight my temptations.


10. Do something new

The final tip to make your 2022 a glow up year. Learn a new skill or work on a project.

Look up for websites that offer internships and summer programs that you find interesting. Ask your friends to join you to make your learning fun. 



This is year is going to be a blast. It's going to be different. We are all going to work hard towards are goals and improve ourselves for the better.
